Mr. Bradley is a Partner at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, he spent ten years at AlpInvest Partners focused on Manager underwriting and primary fund investments in the Americas. Mr. Bradley has extensive experience in Manager evaluation in the North American middle-market and has sat on over 35 advisory boards during his career. Prior to AlpInvest Partners, Mr. Bradley was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in the private funds group where he focused on raising middle-market private equity funds. Mr. Bradley began his career at Goldman Sachs and received a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Cole is a Partner at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, he spent three years at AlpInvest Partners on the secondary team where he worked with Mr. Hektor. At AlpInvest Partners, Mr. Cole diligenced and helped execute a variety of transactions including spin outs, restructurings, secondary directs and traditional LP purchases. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Cole received a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Hektor is the founder and a Partner at New 2ND Capital and is responsible for firm management. Prior to New 2ND Capital, Mr. Hektor spent eighteen years at AlpInvest Partners (and its predecessors) where he founded, built and led the firm’s secondary program, starting with a single employee and ending his tenure with approximately 25 investment professionals and over $8.5bn of capital invested. Throughout his tenure at AlpInvest Partners, Mr. Hektor has served in many roles, including Member of the Operating Committee, Observer on the Board and Chairman of the Global Investment Committee where he oversaw investments made by the secondary, primary funds and co-investment groups. Prior to AlpInvest Partners, Mr. Hektor was a direct private equity investor at Parnib after starting his career at De Nationale Investeringsbank. Mr. Hektor has a Dutch Law Degree and a MSc in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Ms. Leonaitis is an Associate at New 2ND Capital responsible for financial analysis and reporting. Previously, Ms. Leonaitis spent three years at FTI Consulting primarily within the Blockchain and Digital Assets practice. She leveraged her background in data analytics to drive complex investigations and litigation strategy across numerous cases, ranging from Chapter 11 bankruptcies and damages valuation to market manipulation and money laundering. Ms. Leonaitis also worked as a Strategy and Business Intelligence Associate at Fitch Solutions where she was responsible for supporting strategic business initiatives with data driven insights and automating recurring reporting. She received a B.A. in Quantitative Social Science and Government from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Luttrell is a Vice President at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, he spent two years at CCMP Capital Advisors as a Private Equity Analyst focusing on the consumer and industrials sectors. Mr. Luttrell received a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Majumder is an Associate at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, Ms. Majumder co-founded Oakawana Partners, a search fund focused on acquiring lower middle market services businesses. Prior to Oakawana Partners, Ms. Majumder was a Private Equity Associate at Great Hill Partners in the Healthcare group and an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard in the Financial Institutions group. Ms. Majumder received a BA in Computer Science and Economics/Mathematics from Emory University.

Mr. Puspanathan is a Vice President at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, he spent two years at Coller Capital as an Investment Associate primarily focused on LP purchases along with other secondaries transactions. Prior to Coller Capital, Mr. Puspanathan was a Private Equity Analyst at Rockwood Equity Partners focused on due diligence, strategic and operational improvements at portfolio companies, and financial modeling. Mr Puspanathan received a BS in Finance & Accounting from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Mr. Shay is an Associate at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, he spent three years at TIFF Investment Management as an Associate in the Private Equity group, focusing on primaries, secondaries and co-investments. Mr. Shay received an A.B in Economics and Biology from Brown University.

Ms. Stine served as an Administrative Assistant at Guggenheim Securities, Investment Team Assistant at Marshall Wace and Executive Assistant at TD Securities. Ms. Stine continued her Financial Services career as a Chief of Staff at Park Cities Asset Management before joining New 2ND Capital. Ms. Stine received a BS in Hospitality Management from Drexel University.

Mr. Townsend is a Partner at New 2ND Capital. Before joining the Firm, he spent nine years at Top Tier Capital Partners and its predecessor firm. He was a founding partner at Top Tier and helped lead the firm’s spin-out from Paul Capital. At Top Tier, Mr. Townsend headed the firm’s secondary and co-investment programs where he developed and marketed an innovative secondary strategy focused on early stage investments. Prior to Top Tier, Mr. Townsend invested private capital at GE Asset Management for the company’s U.S. pension fund and external institutional clients. Previously, Mr. Townsend spent eight years gaining managerial and operational experience at several divisional GE businesses. Mr. Townsend received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Vink is a Partner at New 2ND Capital. Mr. Vink is a seasoned private equity executive with over 20 years experience. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, Mr. Vink was at AlpInvest in New York (Carlyle’s solutions group) for 15 years, where he worked closely alongside Mr. Hektor and Mr. Bradley for over a decade on numerous secondaries investments as well as primary fund investments in the Americas. At AlpInvest/Carlyle Mr. Vink was involved in the raising of multiple commingled private equity funds and separate managed accounts totaling over $20 billion. He is a member of the investment committee of the endowment of Friends Seminary, a K-12 day school in New York City. Mr. Vink started his career with Freshfields in Amsterdam and Simpson Thacher in New York. He has a law degree from the University of Amsterdam and an MCJ degree from the New York University School of Law.

Ms. Wang is the Fund Controller at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, she was an accounting and finance manager at Silver Lake Partners. Ms. Wang previously served as a Vice President in Alternative Investment Service group at Bank of New York Mellon and as an Associate Manager at SS&C. Ms. Wang started her career at Deloitte. She is a certified public accountant licensed in New Jersey and received an MS in Accountancy from Pace University.

Ms. Wu is the Chief Financial Officer at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, she served as Head of Operations and Finance at 400 Capital Management. Ms. Wu previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Structured Portfolio Management. Prior to joining Structured Portfolio Management, she was a Controller in the Global Access Portfolios at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. Ms. Wu started her career at Grant Thornton. Ms. Wu is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and received a BBA in Accountancy from Baruch College.

Ms. Zhi is an Associate at New 2ND Capital. Prior to joining New 2ND Capital, she spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Leverage Finance group. Ms. Zhi received a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
